Who We Are

Founded 2015 in Lucerne, Montana Invest AG is an independent advisory firm providing strategic and financial advice in alternative assets.

Our CEO, Peter von Arx, has extensive expertise in both traditional financial markets and alternative investments. As a seasoned executive in German Private Banking for two decades (Deputy Chairman of Credit Suisse (Germany) AG and Member of the Bethmann Bank AG Executive Board) he was responsible for building up a market-leading Private Equity franchise, providing access to top tier PE Funds on a global basis. Peter also served on the LP Investor Advisory Boards of several Private Equity Funds from Carlyle Group, Clearsight Investments, Wellington Partners, and Sofinnova Venture Partners. As a Senior Advisor to ABN Amro's Private Equity Program, he serves as a member of the Global Investment Committee Private Markets.

Peter holds a Juris Doctor degree from Zurich University and is a registered Attorney-at-Law in Lucerne.

What We Do

Our CEO is personally invested in 82 Private Equity funds across a broad spectrum of General Partners, Geographies and Vintages. The portfolio is covering the whole range of strategies including Venture Capital, Growth, Buyouts, Co-Investments, Secondaries, Turnarounds, Funds-of-Funds and Special Situations, including selected Direct-Investments and Debt Funds. As an independent Private Equity advisor, we provide fund selection and due diligence services for investors seeking to make commitments in Private Equity and Real Asset funds. As an investor since 20+ years we provide strategic advice on the structure and build-up of overall Private Equity programs.

In selected situations we provide cross-border and relocation services for international high net worth individuals planning to move to Switzerland including assistance in connection with buying real estate, banking, taxes, and legal structures.
